You choose how involved I am
I either help your people to find the answers themselves, or I do the work and hand you the result. The two modes can be used on their own or together.
Mode one
Peer education
I facilitate meetings across stakeholders towards the desired outcomes. The organization’s own people do the thinking; I give the conversation structure and keep it moving.
Mode two
Consulting
I do the steps myself, from the first analysis to the final recommendations, and lead or support the implementation.
