Laszlo Kovari

I bring 30 years of consulting, management and entrepreneurial experience across North America and Europe. I have worked with boards of directors, C-suite executives, middle managers and business owners across a wide range of industries, focusing on general management, organizational transformation and development, business development, leadership selection and leadership development.

Alongside this work, I have researched and developed methodologies and frameworks for enhancing organicity in organizations — a field in which I have operated as one of very few dedicated practitioners.

For nearly three decades, I have also been an active representative of perennialism, or perennial philosophy, working as a researcher, writer, editor, translator and lecturer. In this capacity, I facilitate conversations on perennial wisdom and its practical applications in contemporary life and work.

In addition to numerous essays and articles, I have published Critical Thinking?, which introduces the concept of organicity in business, and the Hungarian-language book Az Üzleti Világról a Tradíció Fényében, published by Helikon/Szenzár.

Despite my extensive writing activity, my primary medium is, unmistakably, the spoken word — not simply as a means of communication, but as a practice in its own right.
